Dallas Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Dwaine Caraway couldn't convince his colleagues to use the law's long arm to combat pants sagging.

So he's turned to the media, as Mr. Caraway will soon announce that he's convinced Clear Channel to donate two or three billboards to his anti-sagging cause.

"We're going to keep on this issue until we get everyone to pull up their pants," Mr. Caraway says in noting that he's scheduling a formal press conference for next Wednesday to unveil the billboards.

In the meantime, local artist Dooney Da Priest is joining Mr. Caraway's cause in recording an 8-plus-minute rap appropriately titled "Pull Your Pants Up"!.
