FORT WORTH — A 35-year-old woman is under arrest, charged with sexually assaulting a child.

Police spokesman Lt. Paul Henderson said a 15-year-old boy told his parents about an August 7 encounter in which Diane Waite allegedly initiated sexual intercourse with him at her home.

Fort Worth police arrested Waite on Wednesday and charged her with Sexual Assault of a Child. The incident remains under investigation by police and Child Protective Services.
