A local man charged with raping a woman during laser hair removal treatments has been found not guilty by a Tarrant County court.

Jimmy Adams was on trial for a single count.

Several women testified that he fondled and sexually assaulted them at his North Richland Hills cosmetic center.

News 8 has learned that shortly after the verdict outside the courtroom, Adams suffered shortness of breath and was attended to.
