FORT WORTH — A Fort Worth judge has issued an arrest warrant for one of three former TCU athletes accused of sexually assaulting a student in a dorm room.

Tarrant County State District Judge Wayne Salvant issued the warrant for Lorenzo Labell Jones' arrest on Wednesday. Officials and court documents show the move came after he learned Jones had failed to report to his supervision officer after a Monday hearing.

Jones is a 20-year-old former football player. He and former basketball players Virgil Allen Taylor and Shannon Behling, both 19, are accused of sexually assaulting an 18-year-old woman while she was unconscious.

Taylor was charged with aggravated sexual assault. Behling and Jones were charged with sexual assault. Taylor and Behling were released from jail on $25,000 bail two weeks ago.

A TCU spokeswoman says all three remained "separated" from the university. She says a panel's considering whether future disciplinary action is warranted, but federal law prohibits her from revealing the outcome.
