Car hit post office in Duncanville, Thursday.

DUNCANVILLE — An accident at a post office in Duncanville Thursday afternoon left a gaping hole in the building.

Police said an 82 year old woman apparently hit the gas, thinking the car was in reverse. It wasn't.

The car plowed into the building in the 700 block of S. Cedar Ridge Drive.

Police said the woman driving was taken away by ambulance, but no word on her condition.
