UNDATED — Call it the pizza personality profile. Do certain types of people tend to order certain types of toppings? What does sausage signal? What do mushrooms mean? Now, we know.

According to the 2007 Old Farmer's Almanac, here's what your pizza personality may be:

•Non-traditional toppings (pineapple, jalapeno, etc.)

Aggressive, achievement-oriented, natural leaders

•One meat

Irritable, argumentative, procrastinators

•Several Meats

Dramatic, seductive extroverts, impeccably groomed

•One vegetable

Empathetic, understanding, well-adjusted, easy-going

•Several vegetables

Trustworthy, loyal, dependable, humble introverts

•Extra cheese

Who doesn't like extra cheese?

At Primo Brothers in Dallas — a pizza-pie hot-spot — one diner agreed with the profiling.

"I don't know, it could be true," said Rebecca Stanford, pizza diner, "I'm kind of irritable, so the one meat thing kinda refers to me."

As for the experts, they spot trends among their clients.

"Veggie's going to be a little more of a health-conscious, animal-activist person," observed Luan Vraniqi, Primo Brothers Pizza.

Luan's sister, Mirlina Vraniqi, said she's noticed meatlovers are "definitely not shy. I would say more aggressive. Yeah, a macho kind of guy."
