07:53 PM CST on Tuesday, March 28, 2006
South Oak Cliff's Darrell Arthur has been named to the 50th Parade All-America boys high school basketball team, which will be officially released Sunday. Arthur, a 6-9 forward, is the 15th Dallas-Fort Worth area player to earn the honor. Arthur is scheduled to play in tonight's McDonald's All-American Game in San Diego. Arthur led SOC to back-to-back state titles and won his second title-game MVP earlier this month. Arthur is one of the top uncommitted seniors in the country. He is expected to make his college choice in April.
