Eagle Scouts

Eagle Scout is the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America. To earn the honor, Scouts must complete a service project and other requirements. These youths have earned the honor.
Daniel, 18, painted three of the nursery rooms for Scofield Memorial Church. He is a member of Troop 890, a senior at Plano West Senior High School and the son of Leigh Anne LeBlanc and Robert Stephen LeBlanc of Plano.
Christopher, 17, planned, cleaned and landscaped the yard of a widower through the People Helping People program. He is a member of Troop 70, a junior at Highland Park High School and the son of Sara and Chris Hewitt of University Park.
Mark, 18, collected supplies for the American Red Cross to aid tornado victims. He is a member of Troop 890, a senior at Richland Collegiate High School and the son of Nancy and George Lankford of Dallas.
Michael Jones
Christopher, 19, led and directed the clearing and groundwork of the facility and parking area at the Sanger Library. He is a member of Troop 199, a freshman at North Central Texas College and the son of Linda and Mickey Jones of Sanger.
