Dallas-area Eagle Scouts

Eagle Scout is the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America. To earn the honor, Scouts must complete a service project and other requirements. These youths have earned the honor.
Paul, 18, supervised and participated in moving a large amount of landscaping soil and constructed and repaired a fence for Trinity Bible Church in Richardson. He is a member of Troop 1001, a senior at Plano Senior High School and the son of Cynthanne and Jeff Duryea of Richardson.
Dylan, 18, landscaped the front yard of Dallas Services, which houses a low-vision clinic and day school specializing in children with disabilities. He is a member of Troop 390, a freshman at Los Angeles City College Theatre Academy and the son of Nance and Michael Powers of Terrell.
Kevin, 17, and troops repainted four-square courts, a basketball court and a map of the United States at the playground at Hughston Elementary School in Plano. He is a member of Troop 25, a senior at Plano Senior High School and the son of Mona and Kenneth Rodriguez of Plano.
Chris, 16, refurbished two sets of bleachers at North Dallas' Fretz Park by replacing wooden benches and replacing or straightening, striping and painting metal cross beams. He is a member of Troop 570, a junior at Richardson High School and the son of Seana and Steve Vissotzky of Dallas.
