By HOLLY YAN / The Dallas Morning News

A 33-year-old Ellis County man was convicted Thursday on two counts of methamphetamine distribution.

Lee Roy Chaney pleaded guilty in March to three counts of distribution of methamphetamine.

Authorities say Mr. Chaney provided meth to a confidential source multiple times in April 2006, including the sale of more than 100 grams of a methamphetamine mix for $3,000.

Mr. Chaney is to be sentenced in November. He faces a maximum of 60 years in prison and a $3 million fine.
