The Wiggles get youngsters wiggling and singing at Nokia
12:00 AM CDT on Sunday, August 3, 2008
Connor O'Dea of Fort Worth is only 3, but Saturday's Pop Go the Wiggles Live Summer tour at Nokia Theatre in Grand Prairie marked his second awesome Aussie foursome concert.

So the now veteran fan rummaged through his Wiggles backpack before the show, anxious he wasn't missing anything.
Roses for Dorothy the Dinosaur? Check.
A bone for Wags the Dog? Check.
A Wiggly light stick to wave during the "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" song? Check.
Most of the packed house of preschoolers came similarly prepared, wearing Wiggly shirts and dinosaur tails, waving placards with messages proclaiming their love and, in the case of 2-year-old Carter Levy of Aledo, a request to play the drums of Anthony Field, the Blue Wiggle. (Carter got his wish and tapped the drums ever so softly during the "Yummy Yummy" song about healthy food).
The Wiggles, each identified by a different color, sprinkled their repertoire with nursery rhymes and brought a sweet improvisational quality to their 90-minute show, talking back and forth with kids and encouraging them to dance and sing. But the kids went just as wild for the familiar routines – like when the Purple Wiggle, Jeff Fatt, falls asleep and the kids rouse him with, "Wake up, Jeff!"
Wiggly dancers went into the audience to collect the gifts for Dorothy and Wags. But Connor, who hadn't brought a bone last time, wanted to draw special attention to his.
"Jeff!" Connor called, running toward the stage where the Purple Wiggle was playing the keyboard. Connor stretched his hand up to give him the bone. Jeff took it and smiled. Connor, satisfied, resumed dancing.
