Only hours after a judge scolded Britney Spears about drug and alcohol abuse, the indefatigable mother of two was spotted at two Los Angeles clubs Tuesday night.

She was all smiles when she left Winston's, but quickly put on her sad face when photographers started jostling outside her car. Her party train then moved to Hyde.

The legal lip-pursing came from Superior Court Judge Scott M. Gordon, who ordered that Brit-wreck undergo drug and alcohol testing twice a week and that both she and ex-husband Kevin Federline stop imbibing around their sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1. Brit and K-Fed are battling for custody over the young ones.

Court documents described "habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol" by Ms. Spears. The judge also said she must meet for eight hours a week with a "parenting coach."
