Westmount Realty Capital sold Loehmann's Plaza Shopping Center in northeast Dallas to RBI Properties of Dallas. The 86,687-square-foot complex, built in 1978, is at the northeast corner of Northwest Highway and Jupiter Road. Realty America handled sale negotiations.

Investors from Dallas and Oregon purchased the 93-unit Chateau Crete apartments on Stevens Forest Drive in Dallas. George Deuliet III of Hendricks & Partners negotiated the sale.

Walgreen Co. bought two acres from Strategic Locations Ltd. at the northeast corner of Belt Line and Westmoreland roads in DeSoto. Mike Anderson of B.J. Anderson Co. negotiated the sale with Bruce Harbour of Joe Foster Co.

Real estate investor JAH Realty LP purchased Virginia Square, a 56,400-square-foot, grocery-anchored retail center at 208 N. Central Expressway in McKinney. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP arranged the financing for the purchase.

An investment partnership headed by John Dryden Co. bought the Gateway Centre office, service and technical building development in Addison. Merit Gateway LP sold the 53,236-square-foot project at the northeast corner of Keller Springs and Addison roads. Greg Hoffman was the broker for the transaction. BFC Investments LLC leased a 46,800-square-foot office-warehouse space at 5124 Sharp St. in Dallas. John Bowles negotiated the lease with Jeff Mercer and April Robert of NAI Robert Lynn Co.

Hanley Wood LLC, a media company serving the construction industry, signed a 30,000-square-foot sublease for the headquarters of its exhibition division at 6191 N. State Highway 161 in Las Colinas. The company is moving from 8600 Freeport Parkway in Irving. Art Green of Studley handled the transaction with Bill Dowd and Greg Langston of Dillon Corporate Services.

Million Dollar Inc. leased a 29,948-square-foot office-warehouse at 10390 Brockwood Drive in Dallas. Clint Riley of Bates & Myers arranged it with Stephen Cooper of NAI Robert Lynn Co.

Azuvi Tile Co. of Spain leased 27,200 square feet of warehouse space at 1640 Wallace Drive in Carrollton. Steve Wolff of Grubb & Ellis Co. negotiated the lease with Kacy Jones of Holt Lunsford Commercial.

Exco Resources Inc. expanded its office by more than 14,000 square feet in Younan Properties' Lakeside Square office tower at 12377 Merit Drive in North Dallas. Celeste Signor, Amanda Farmer and Moody Younger of Grubb & Ellis Co. arranged the lease.

Union Drilling leased 10,868 square feet of office space at 4055 International Plaza in Fort Worth. Lissa Cooke of Cooke, Swaney & Cooke handled negotiations with Sheila Bessent of International Plaza.

National Mobile Television leased 8,598 square feet of space at 2007 108th St. in Grand Prairie. Tobey Rogers of Trammell Crow Co. negotiated the lease with Sean Kilpatrick of Dunn Commercial.

Old American Insurance Co. leased 7,858 square feet at the Summit at Preston Trails at 17210 Campbell Road in Dallas. Ladd Webber with the Webber Co. negotiated the lease with Belinda Dabliz of Gaedeke Group.

Fiery Gems, a clothing, accessories and jewelry retailer, leased 6,263 square feet of store space in Firewheel Market, a 106,600-square-foot specialty center at State Highway 190 and State Highway 78 near Firewheel Town Center Mall in Garland. Scott Rose and Earl Harris of the Weitzman Group handled negotiations.
