SALES

HM-NM Inc. purchased the 220-room Holiday Inn Select in Richardson from Richardson Hotel Corp. The six-story hotel is at 1655 N. Central Expressway. PKF Capital Markets Group arranged the sale.

Liberman Broadcasting of Dallas Inc. bought a 43,460-square-foot office building at 2410 Gateway Drive in Irving. Bo Estes and Patrick McCown of Grubb & Ellis Co. negotiated the sale.

A private investor purchased a 5,152-square-foot restaurant building at 2071 N. Central Expressway in Richardson. Collin Berg of Henry S. Miller Commercial arranged the sale with Jay Ceitlin and Greg Rabin of Woodmont Co.

A Rockwall partnership bought the 24-unit Kendalwood apartments at 1187 Rowlett Road in Garland. Jeff Dowdle and Mark Dowdle of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. arranged the sale.

An investor purchased a 7,200-square-foot duplex office building at 4100 Interstate 30 in Mesquite from the Rivers of Life Church. The sale was handled by Betty Sealy of Prudential Properties and Tony F. Todora of Todora Commercial Properties.

LEASES

Merit Energy leased 118,000 square feet of office space in the Galleria North II at 13727 Noel Road in Far North Dallas. Jeff Ellermen of Staubach Co. negotiated the lease with Robert Powell of CapStar Commercial Real Estate Services.

LA Fitness International Texas LP signed a lease for 19,189 square feet at 3000 Kellway Drive in Carrollton. Tim O. Terrell of Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease with Steve Shrum of Glacier Commercial.

The Pursuant Group, a full-service online fundraising agency, leased 18,300 square feet of office space at 2600 Technology Drive in Plano. Clay Vaughn of Predium handled lease negotiations with Mike McCartan of Mark V Commercial Real Estate.

BHC Fitness leased 16,166 square feet at Harwood Village North, 609 Harwood Road in Bedford. Collin Berg and Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial handled the lease.

AutoZone Inc. leased 10,075 square feet in Abrams Forest Shopping Center, at the southwest corner of Abrams Road and Forest Lane in Dallas, from Rader Properties. W. Thurston Witt Jr. of United Commercial Realty handled the transaction.

The Dallas office of CRESA Partners, an international corporate real estate advisory firm, leased 12,500 square feet at Premier Place on North Central Expressway north of Mockingbird Lane. Formerly Dillon Corporate Services, the company has doubled its size in the last five years.

TLSI Inc. leased 5,397 square feet at 1220 Corporate Drive in Arlington. Cameron Pope and Matt Opitz of Dunn Commercial negotiated the lease.
