A Texas partnership purchased the 31,939-square-foot Towne View shopping center on Long Prairie Road in Flower Mound. Brad and Gavin Kam of the Kam Group arranged the sale.
Houston-based Gajeske Inc. bought a 10, 000-square-foot office- warehouse building at 1314 W. Oakdale Road in Grand Prairie, The building is on 2.5 acres. Pete Richardson and Drew Richardson of Henry S. Miller Brokerage negotiated the sale with Chuck Precopia of ART Properties Inc.
L-3 Communications Corp. leased 56,633 square feet of office- warehouse space at 9827 Chartwell Drive in Dallas. Stephen Cooper and John Lancaster of NAI Robert Lynn Co. arranged the lease with Dave Anderson of CB Richard Ellis representing the tenant.
Fourth Floor Realty LLC leased 26,000 square feet of space in the Two Legacy Town Center building at 6900 North Dallas Parkway in Plano. Sonny Moyers of Ebby Halliday Realtors negotiated the lease with Bob Buell of Equity Office.
The Men's Wearhouse leased 13,500 square feet of industrial space at 1444 Cockrell Hill Road in Dallas. Jake Marks of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease with Brian Pafford of the Bradford Cos.
Med-Depot Inc. leased an 8,394-square-foot office- warehouse at 2120 Hutton Drive in Carrollton. John Lancaster of NAI Robert Lynn Co. handled the transaction.
$8 Fashion Outlet leased 11,938 square feet of retail space at 3704 Camp Wisdom Road for a new store. Michelle Caplan and Elizabeth Nabholtz handled negotiations in cooperation with J&B Commercial.
Student Resource Center LLC leased 6,630 square feet of space at 1700 Commerce Place in downtown Dallas. Lynn Canatella and Brian Cyphers negotiated the lease on behalf of Boxer Property.
RealPage Inc. expanded its headquarters by 28,205 square feet at 4000 International Parkway in Carrollton.
