Cobalt Capital Partners purchased a two-building, 191,000-square-foot industrial complex at 1135 W. Trinity Mills Road and 2425 Carter Drive in Carrollton from Commonfund Realty. Tom C. Smolik of TIG Real Estate Services Inc. negotiated the sale. J-S Easton Realty sold about three acres at 700 Easton Road in Dallas to Deborah Skinner. Jim Whitten of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the sale. McQueary Henry Bowles Troy LLP leased 65,000 square feet of office space in the Walnut Glen Tower at 8144 Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas from Prescott Realty Group. Duane Henley with Brandywine Realty Trust negotiated the lease with Wayne Swearingen of Barclay Commercial Group Inc. Morgan Stanley leased 18,962 square feet of office space in the Meridian at 2711 LBJ Freeway in Dallas. Burson Holman, Celeste Fowden and Ruth Woodling of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease with Doug Carignan, Larry Toon and Chelby Sanders of the Staubach Co. Dollar Tree Inc. leased 11,190 square feet of retail space at 335 S. Cedar Ridge in Duncanville. Eric Fedro and Bob Ginsburg of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease with Jim Weir with the Retail Connection. Campus Outfitters, a school uniform and accessories company, has leased 6,990 square feet of retail space at Dal-Rich Village, a shopping center at the southeast corner of Coit and Belt Line roads. Tony Albanese and David Zoller with the Weitzman Group handled negotiations. Sweet Tomatoes buffet restaurant leased approximately 7,500 square feet of retail space in the Hunter Plaza Shopping Center at 1820 Market Place in Irving. The restaurant is scheduled to open in September. Best Buffet restaurant leased 5,000 square feet at the Hilltop Square Shopping Center at 6455 Hilltop Drive in North Richland Hills.
