Morgan Stanley leased 18,962 square feet of office space in the Meridian at 2711 LBJ Freeway in Dallas. Burson Holman, Celeste Fowden and Ruth Woodling of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease with Doug Carignan, Larry Toon and Chelby Sanders of the Staubach Co.
Dollar Tree Inc. leased 11,190 square feet of retail space at 335 S. Cedar Ridge in Duncanville. Eric Fedro and Bob Ginsburg of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease with Jim Weir with the Retail Connection.
Campus Outfitters, a school uniform and accessories company, has leased 6,990 square feet of retail space at Dal-Rich Village, a shopping center at the southeast corner of Coit and Belt Line roads. Tony Albanese and David Zoller with the Weitzman Group handled negotiations.
Sweet Tomatoes buffet restaurant leased approximately 7,500 square feet of retail space in the Hunter Plaza Shopping Center at 1820 Market Place in Irving. The restaurant is scheduled to open in September.
