Dallas investor Ray Washburne has purchased a 40,000-square-foot multitenant industrial building in Garland. The property will be held as an investment. The Fort Worth Catholic Diocese paid $2.4 million for a building on 9.78 acres at 2040 and 2050 Willis Lane in Keller. The property is leased to Milestone Church. Leases Law firm Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP leased 36,000 square feet of space on the 19th and 20th floors of the new 2000 McKinney office tower in the Uptown district of Dallas. The tenant is moving from Bank One Center at 1717 Main St. Greg McCavera of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Sonnenschein in the transaction with building developer Lincoln Property Co. Specialty Rolled Metals leased 32,600 square feet at 3650 Miller Road in Garland. Sandy Kee of Kee Commercial negotiated the lease with Parke Miller of Holt Lunsford Commercial.
