Industrial building developer and owner ProLogis said Wednesday that it has leased a half million square feet of Dallas-area industrial space to three companies.

In Northeast Dallas near Interstate 635, ProLogis leased 270,000 square feet of distribution space to SpeedFC, a Texas-based logistics company. The building in Northgate Distribution Center will be used for fulfillment, call center and web development services operations.

ProLogis also said it has leased 120,000 square feet of warehouse space at Dallas Corporate Center, located at the intersection of Interstate 635 and Interstate 35E to CHEP USA, a pallet and container company.

And ProLogis has leased 115,000 square feet of additional warehouse space in Dallas to Siemens Government Services.

ProLogis has 23 million square feet of industrial space in North Texas in 139 buildings.
