Designs approved for mixed-use project in Granbury

Dallas-based Hardy McCullah/MLM Architects Inc. said Tuesday that it has completed approved designs for the first phase of a 432-acre development in Granbury southwest of Fort Worth.

Called Commerce Centre, the mixed-use project is on Loop 567 and will include office, retail and industrial space.

Phase one of the project including more than 1.3 million square feet is out for bids.

The complex is a project of developer Jerry Durant and is scheduled to begin construction this fall. Rob Riner Cos. will provide development services.
