  • Have an ESI ID number that start with either of these two prefixes:10 17699 or 10 44372
  • Be a residential electric customer of Oncor Electric Delivery. Your residence must be metered by and directly connected to Oncor's distribution system.
  • Be the occupant of an existing single-family or multi-unit dwelling. Includes mobile homes.
  • Must be the owner of a plugged in and cooling refrigerator or freezer between 10 and 27 cu. ft.
