Working as a live reporter on ‘Daybreak’, Brian comes to WFAA with a very diverse television background. He has been working in and out of television since 1988. Prior to WFAA he was at KBTV Fox 4 in Beaumont, Texas as creator/ host of entertainment based shows 'In The Know' and ‘Wanda’s. While at KBTV Fox 4 he also worked on ‘Fox 4 Good Day’ as a live feature reporter. After spending some time at KUBE 57 in Houston producing local content, Brian returned to KBTV to co-host ‘Southeast Texas Live’, an hour lifestyle based program.

Brian’s a huge music enthusiast and that love has carried over into his television career. He has interview and featured hundreds of bands and musicians ranging from Motley Crue, Selena Gomez, Kiss, Jason Aldean and many more.

He has always been very active in the communities that he has lived in. Volunteering his time at organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Gift of Life, American Heart Association just to name a few. He also enjoys hosting events and warns his attendees that if he host an awards banquet its ‘open season’ for his jokes. You say he has a sense of humor.

He earned a press club award from the Southeast Texas Press Club in 2013 for his documentary called ‘Behind The Moves’, which was based off the hit movie ‘Magic Mike’. His career has lead him to cover topics like American Idol, NASCAR races, NHRA, AMA Supercross, SXSW music festival, movie premiers and natural disasters.

He is a native of southeast Texas but is proud to now call north Texas home. Brian has a wife and three kids and despite being from the Houston area, he has been known to say ‘Go Cowboys’. For story ideas please feel free to email him at bglenn@wfaa.com
