What one city sees as a nuisance, another sees as opportunity. A delegation from Denton is in California pushing its case for the makers of Sriracha hot sauce to relocate or expand their business.
The company began considering moving its Irwindale, California plant after neighbors there began complaining that strong, spicy fumes were making the facility a public nuisance.
This is actually the second delegation to California. State Representative Jason Villalba headed up the first trip there last week.
He says he loves sriracha and can eat it on anything -- so we at News 8 gave him a little taste test.
