The countdown is almost over!
Friday is opening day at the State Fair of Texas, and fried food fanatics are ready!
Shelly and Pete talked to Butch Benavides, who won the "most creative" category at this year's Big Tex Choice Awards, and sampled his fried cactus and his fried bacon cinnamon roll!
