An 18-year-old girl alleges she was sexually assaulted after getting a tattoo at a San Antonio man's residence.

According to an arrest warrant, the suspect was already out of jail on bond following a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Walter Brown was arrested in this case on a charge of sexual assault. In addition, he accrued charges of burglary, felony possession of a firearm and assault.

San Antonio police said the victim and her 16-year-old cousin went to Brown's home around 3 to 4 a.m. June 1. They were going to get tattoos.

The victim said she got her tattoo done and waited in the living room of the residence for her cousin to get his completed.

According to the warrant, Brown sexually assaulted the 18-year-old on the couch. She alleges the 38-year-old overpowered her.

The alleged victim said Brown stopped the attack when he thought he heard someone entering the room.

Police said the girl and her cousin left the home. She reportedly did not tell him about the violation. According to the warrant, the victim told another relative, who then called San Antonio police.
