FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas -- Investigators believe a domestic altercation led to a tragic shooting at a Fort Bend County home, leaving two parents dead and wounding two children.
Sheriff Troy Nehls said the shooting happened inside a home in the 4800 block of Russett Lane around 6:15 a.m. Monday.
A husband and wife were pronounced dead, and their 11-year-old son and 15-year-old daughter were wounded, Nehls said.
Two Life Flight helicopters were called to the scene.
Deputies said there were no signs of forced entry at the home. The couple's daughter is the one who called 911.
The investigation is ongoing.
