U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents are asking the public to help identify a young man suspected of having information central to a criminal investigation who may live in or has recently visited North Texas.

ICE spokesman Carl Rusnok writes in a release that the individual "may have knowledge crucial to an ongoing criminal investigation." He is between 15 and 20 years old and has a thin build with blondish brown hair. While the nature of the investigation prevents officials from releasing any specifics, Rusnok said it is "urgent" that the individual be identified.

In a photo, the young man is wearing a hat that "has not been released for general sale" that has "very limited distribution within North Texas." The cap's logo says, "Shut Up N Play."

And while he may have visited or lived in the area, Rusnok notes he "could be living anywhere within the United States." Anyone who can help identify the individual is asked to call 1.866.347.2423 or visit this website.
