AUSTIN -- A grand jury has indicted the man accused of causing the deadly crash at the South by Southwest Festival in Austin.
Rashad Owens, 21, faces one count of capital murder, four counts of murder, and 25 aggravated assault charges.
Back in March Owens was trying to outrun police when he lost control, plowing through a crowd.
Four people died and more than 20 others were injured.
His first court appearance is scheduled for June 3.
