FORT HOOD — Officials at Fort Hood announced the closure of all inbound traffic Thursday afternoon after a threatening phone call.
The Killeen military post made the announcement via their Twitter page and in a press release sent at 3:44 p.m.
Traffic had returned to normal by 5:15 p.m.
On April 2, three soldiers were killed in a shooting inside the Fort Hood post. The shooting took place less than five years after Maj. Nidal Hasan fatally wounded 13 at the same post.
