Michael Elbert Young, 42, is wanted for failure to comply with civil commitment requirements. The Texas DPS says Young, a sex offender who escaped from a Houston halfway house in early April of 2012, is extremely violent and unstable. A $7,500 reward is available for information leading to Young’s arrest. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of a DPS most-wanted fugitive should call Texas Crime Stoppers at 1-800-252-8477.
