Javier Morin, Jr., 39, is wanted for possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear in court. The Texas DPS says he is affiliated with the Texas Syndicate gang and should be considered armed and dangerous. A $7,500 reward is available for information leading to Morin’s arrest.
