DALLAS — Saturday was a Day of Dance at NorthPark Center in Dallas.
The Acme Swing Company and three other groups taught their moves to shoppers, proving it's something any age group can do.
The goal? To prove you can have fun while getting heart healthy.
Medical City Dallas Hospital brought in doctors and nurses to assess shoppers who may not realize they're at high risk for heart problems.
They also offered a new hotline for people to ask registered nurses questions about heart health: 866-HEART-HELP.
