Brandon Ivy of Caddo Mills was killed on Oct. 29 when he was hit by a pickup truck in front of his home while trying to rescue a stray dog. The eight year old was very involved in the Caddo Mills Youth Sports Association and his football team played in the league's championship game for eight and nine year olds over the weekend. The team paid tribute to Ivy (who wore No. 6) in several ways before, during and after the Caddo Mills Foxes 12-6 win. The team held up this banner, and six fingers each to represent Brandon Ivy.
