This Sunday, Aug. 7, 2011 photo shows a visitor to the Pentagon Memorial as he reads the names of people who died Sept. 11, 2001, in the terrorist attack on the Pentagon in Arlington, Va. The permanent outdoor Pentagon Memorial was created to honor the 184 family members and friends killed that day both in the building and on American Airlines Flight 77.
