President Obama will head to New Jersey Wednesday to see hurricane damage with Republican Governor Chris Christie.

The governor gave FEMA high marks for how it's dealing with the storm, but Republican candidate Mitt Romney might have other plans for FEMA.

Dave Cassidy joined News 8 Daybreak from our Washington newsroom to discuss Romney's previous comments that disaster relief should be handled by the states, not the federal government.
