Enrique Peña Nieto is the projected winner of Sunday's presidential election.
An official vote talley begins Wednesday.
But, just before midnight, Peña Nieto claimed victory with 38 percent of the vote.
The win marks a return to power for the PRI party, which ruled Mexico for 71 years.
Mexicans can expect some big changes, and so can Texas.
