WHARTON, Texas -- Republican gubernatorial candidate Debra Medina appeared before supporters at her campaign headquarters in Wharton, Texas, tonight, but she did not offer congratulations to Gov. Rick Perry.
"We are winning across this state the hearts and minds of fellow Texans," Medina said. "We'll figure out where we go from here tomorrow, but for tonight, let's watch these numbers and be very happy with the work that we've done in our state."
