There is no relief for former Dallas Mayor Pro Tem Don Hill and others involved in the City Hall corruption case.

The 5th District Court of Appeals has upheld Hill's conviction.

Hill's attorney had argued his trial was unfair because of judicial and prosecutorial misconduct.

Don Hill is three years into an 18-year sentence for bribery, extortion and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

His wife, Sheila Farrington, was convicted as a co-conspirator on all those crimes. She, D'Angelo Lee and Darren Reagan were also part of Saturday's denied appeal.
