OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahoma Lt. Gov. Todd Lamb will join with State Chamber and commerce officials to announce the 2013 small business legislative agenda.
The agenda will be announced Tuesday. Lamb will be joined by State Chamber of Oklahoma President Fred Morgan as well as members of the Oklahoma Manufacturing Alliance and Oklahoma Department of Commerce.
The agenda was developed during a series of small business and small manufacturer summits across that state. Lamb's second annual policy report listed tax reform, workers' compensation reform and workforce development as the top issues.
Lamb says he has made meeting with business owners a priority in determining how to move the state forward. He says the goal is to generate legislation that will help the state grow and thrive.
The Oklahoma Legislature convened on Feb. 4.
