ABC News reports that Gov. Rick Perry will announce later this year whether he will make another run for the White House in 2016.
First, he will decide whether to run for governor again next year, a spokesman for the governor told ABC.
Perry's 2012 campaign was derailed by his infamous "oops" moment during a national debate with other Republican candiates. He eventually endorsed party nominee Mitt Romney's losing bid.
