Magnitude 4.4 earthquake rattles Central Oklahoma

4.4-magnitude earthquake

Central Oklahoma was rocked by a 4.4-magnitude earthquake Saturday night at 8:16 p.m.

The quake was centered near Langston, about 30 miles north-northeast of Oklahoma City, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

An earthquake of this strength is capable of causing minor damage, but there have been no reports of damage.
