African-American hands out a 'whites-only' scholarship

Brendan Baird receives a college scholarship check for $500 intended for whites-only from Marcus Carter, an African-American. He's the Vice-President of the Former Majority Association for Equality, an organization whose focus is to award scholarships only to Caucasian men.
