WEST POINT, Utah (AP) — Authorities say it does not appear the killing of two young brothers in a Utah subdivision was planned.
Sheriff Todd Richardson also said Thursday that blood but no weapon was found on the 15-year-old brother of the dead boys, ages 4 and 10, when he was arrested about five miles from the family home.
The sheriff says the suspect spoke bluntly with investigators and authorities are not aware that he has any kind of medical disabilities.
Few other details were released.
Richardson previously said authorities believe the 15-year-old boy acted alone. He says the brothers died from knife wounds.
