FLOWER MOUND -- Congressman Michael Burgess tried to assure constituents that Republicans are working to come up with a replacement system that will cover people who need health care the most.
This was one of many town halls being held by lawmakers across the country.
There were heated moments, and lots of boo-ing at the town hall meeting.
Congressman Burgess promised to keep certain provisions in place from Obamacare, such as the ban on caps for lifetime coverage. Burgess says he thinks the key to passing a new health care plan will be gaining political support from both parties.
