ARLINGTON — More than three months after an elderly Vietnamese couple was murdered in Arlington, police are reaching out to the public for help.

Huong Ly, 63, and her 72-year-old husband Long Nguyen were found dead June 10 inside their apartment in the 3600 block of Waverly Drive.

Police said they died of asphyxiation, and that there was evidence of a lot of violence.

On Wednesday Arlington police Detective Byron Stewart said it does not appear that Ly and Nguyen knew their attackers.

Oak Farms Dairy is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and grand jury indictment of the person or persons responsible for this crime.
