Silver Alert canceled for missing man in Fort Worth hospital district

The Tarrant County Hospital District Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a 70-year-old man with cognitive impairment who has gone missing. Billy Ray Stuckey was last seen at 7:45 p.m. Friday in the John Peter Smith Hospital emergency room in the 1500 block of S. Main St. in Fort Worth and is believed to be traveling on foot.

FORT WORTH -- The Tarrant County Hospital District Police Department has canceled a Silver Alert for a 70-year-old man with cognitive impairment who went missing.

Billy Ray Stuckey had  last been seen at 7:45 p.m. Friday in the John Peter Smith Hospital emergency room in the 1500 block of S. Main St. in Fort Worth and was believed to be traveling on foot.

He was located later Friday night by an off-duty Fort Worth police officer and returned to the nursing home where he resides.
