ARLINGTON — Police in Arlington say a person of interest has come forward in a deadly hit-and-run accident.
Firefighters returning from a call found a man's body along Interstate 30 in Arlington around 4:10 a.m. Saturday.
The victim is now identified as 37-year-old Carlos Ortega Ramos of Arlington. It was not clear why he was on the freeway.
Police said they have found the car they believe was involved, and a person has stepped forward in the case. That person was not named.
No charges have yet been filed.
