Fatal accident
FORT WORTH -- Police said a motorist was killed Saturday afternoon when another vehicle ran a red light and crashed into the side of his car.
Officer Cliff Miller said a Jeep was traveling southbound on Hulen Street at 4:25 p.m. when it hit a Toyota Camry at the intersection of Briarhaven Road.
The driver of the Camry was pronounced dead less than 15 minutes later. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's officer identified the victim as 51-year-old James Gibson of Augusta, Georgia.
No other injuries were reported, and the cause of the fatal accident was under investigation.
