Two shot
FORT WORTH — Two people were shot when a fight erupted in gunfire Wednesday evening in southeast Fort Worth.
Police said they were summoned to the 3600 block of Forbes Street around 5:35 p.m. to break up a fight; two minutes after the original call came in, there were reports of shots being fired.
"The scene is very chaotic," said Fort Worth police spokeswoman Officer Sharron Neal. "They've got a crime scene that is half a block; they've got witnesses that are all over the place."
Neal said the two male shooting victims were hospitalized but their conditions were not available.
She said witnesses indicated there were as many as four suspects who all left the scene. "We don't know if they were shot by the same individual or different adversaries," Neal said.
No descriptions were provided.
