Fort Worth celebrates new housing development southeast of downtown

The City of Fort Worth teamed with a private developer to build 54 homes just southeast of downtown Fort Worth, in a neighborhood called Terrell Homes. Federal tax credits provided the incentive for bank financing. Rent runs about $800 to $1,000 a month.
