Everman High School students killed in crash identified

EVERMAN -- Two Everman High School students were killed in a rollover crash Sunday night.

They've been identified as Edward Bustos and Marcos Revilla, both 18, by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office.

According to Everman police, officers were called out to the crash in the 300 block of Roy C. Brooks Drive at about 11:47 p.m. Officials discovered a Ford Mustang sedan that was severely damaged and had rolled over.

The two students, who were passengers in the vehicle, were pronounced dead at the scene. Revilla had been ejected from the vehicle, medical examiner records show. He and Bustos both died from blunt force trauma.

The unidentified driver, who officials say had significant injuries, was sent to the hospital and is currently in stable condition.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

The Everman Independent School District is providing counsel services to anyone affected by the incident.
